Garrison Landing

The little historic river hamlet of Garrison, New York has been spared the development of many Hudson River ports due, in part, to the difficult terrain of the Hudson Highlands.  The quaint scale assortment of commercial, residential and mixed use structures has attracted location scouts and earned Landmark District status. 19 Garrison Landing was originally conceived of as two family residence. Our renovation restored the unique “cloverleaf” vergeboards, board & batten siding, Doric columns and overall scale of the exterior details. The interior was converted into a two bedroom dwelling with an open plan Kitchen/Living Room and a full width deck overlooking the Hudson River.
