West Point Superintendent’s Quarters

Project Brief

The Superintendent’s Quarters at the United States Military Academy at West Point is the U.S. Army’s equivalent to the White House in Washington, DC. Built in 1820, the structure had received numerous modifications, over the years and was in need of an overhaul and systems update. Our firm provided Construction Management services, working with regional trade experts to ensure the restoration was authentic, while benefiting from Passive H energy efficient electrical and mechanical building systems.
