Garrison Landing

 Garrison Landing sits within the historic river hamlet of Garrison, a community whose quaint, well-preserved architecture — protected by the difficult terrain of the Hudson Highlands — has earned it Landmark District status. The renovation restored the home’s distinctive exterior details, including its cloverleaf vergeboards and Doric columns, while transforming the interior into a modern two-bedroom residence. A new open-plan living space and full-width deck were designed to maximize views of the Hudson River.
