Pre-Construction Planning
Before breaking ground, we establish a clear roadmap. We review construction documents, develop a detailed project schedule, identify long-lead materials, and coordinate with consultants.

Bidding & Procurement
We prepare comprehensive bid packages, qualify contractors, and solicit competitive proposals. Our team analyzes bids for completeness and value.

Construction Oversight
We serve as your on-site advocate throughout the building process, conducting regular site visits, reviewing work for conformance with the drawings and specifications.

Cost & Schedule Control
We monitor expenditures against the approved budget and track progress against the project schedule, identifying variances early and working proactively with the contractor to keep the project on time and on budget.

Closeout & Completion
As construction winds down, we manage punch list inspections, coordinate final approvals, and ensure all systems are tested and operational.
Your Advocate During Construction
Hudson Design can provide construction management services as ‘Agent’ for the Owner. We assist the Owner by pre-qualifying prospective multi-prime contractors, coordinating competitive bidding, and organizing the project team through the construction phase.
