Hudson Design can provide construction management services as ‘Agent’ for the Owner. We assist the Owner by pre-qualifying prospective multi-prime contractors, coordinating competitive bidding, and organizing the project team through the construction phase. Our construction management personnel work closely with the design team to provide Quality Control input during the design and document production phases to help ensure the buildability and cost effectiveness of our solutions. During the construction phase, we provide on-site representation and progress reporting by an experienced Construction Manager.
