South Orange Family YMCA

The South Orange Family YMCA (SOFY) is a 25,000 sq. ft. facility occupying a renovated warehouse adjacent to the Orange Heritage Trailway, stretching from Monroe to Goshen. The entry is configured to maximize engagement with the popular exercise trail, while strategically placed sightlines ensure full surveillance of all spaces from the reception desk alongside several pod areas for more private use.

The facility offers a comprehensive range of amenities: Group Fitness Studio, Spirit/Mind/Body Studio, Spinning Studio, Cardio Machines, Free Weights, Circuit Training, Half-Court Gymnasium, Youth Center with interactive gaming, Child Watch, Community Room, Olympic-length pool with kiddie area, water features, and walk-in edges, full-court gymnasium, hot tub, and locker rooms.
